He is a founding partner of the Firm and is responsible of the sector of Extraordinary transactions and Commercial and Corporate law.

He also deals with commercial and corporate litigation in civil courts proceedings and in arbitration proceedings.

He had advised Italian and international clients, both financial and industrial, with particular focus in the following sectors: energy, healthcare, venture capital, real estate.

Born in Grosseto in 1976, he received his law degree with honors from the University of Pisa in 1999 and obtained a PHD from the Scuola Superiore di Studi Universitari e di Perfezionamento Sant’Anna of Pisa in 2003.

He was admitted to the Italian bar in 2003.
