He deals with administrative law, providing assistance mainly in the fields of energy, public procurement, town planning and construction. He also deals with litigation in the aforementioned areas, in ordinary and administrative courts.

Born in Palermo in 1986, he graduated in law from the Università Cattolica of Milan in 2010 and obtained a PhD in legal sciences from the University of Milan Bicocca in 2017.

​

Lawyer since October 2013, he is member of the Milan Bar Association since 2016.

​

He speaks Italian and English.
